Fall 2019 - I Remember Mama
It has been a few seasons since the GTC has truly tackled a drama. With I Remember Mama, we dove right into the heartwarming story of a Norwegian family who comes to America in search of a better life and to reconnect with their extended family. We fell in love with the characters of Mama, Katrin, Papa, & Uncle Chris as they brought the stage to life with laughter, tears, and a box of oranges. Set in 1910 San Francisco, the costumes and set added an old-time feel to scenes before us. We will always remember mama and we hope you do too.
