Thespians - Sophomores
Janae Clark: Janae is a sophomore at Griffith High School and has been doing drama since eighth grade. This fall marks her fifth show with the Griffith Theatre Company and her first as Stage Manager. She has enjoyed the amazing experiences each production brings, and it makes her want to do more! When Janae is not building or moving sets, she works on the yearbook as the Secretary of the Panther Pub Hub, explores the paranormal with Paranormal Society, and works with Class Council on behalf of the sophomore class. She is very excited for this season!
Hansen Davis: Hansen is a sophomore. This is his third year performing in theatre. His first role was in Charlotte’s Web, he went on to act in Don’t Fear the Reaper and last year in Beauty and the Beast. Hansen also sings in Griffith High School Chorale and runs for the Cross-Country team. He wants to wish “break a leg” to the whole cast and crew.
Jack Gaham: This fall marks Jack’s fourth play, having performed in The Play that Goes Wrong, Don’t Fear the Reaper, and Beauty and the Beast. He is a sophomore with the hopes of growing from the experiences had during his time at Griffith High School. Besides theatre, Jack also participates in the school’s publications club. Jack enjoys his time with the theatre company and hopes to be a part of it for his remaining high school career.
Kenlei Glotzbach: Kenlei is a sophomore and is honored to be helping manage props for this season. She had the pleasure of working with the Griffith Theatre Company in several productions. You may have seen her as a “Silly Girl” in Beauty and the Beast, an “orphan” in Annie, and Props Manager in The Play That Goes Wrong.She has participated in productions with the Griffith Middle School Theatre and Ross Music Theatre. When not in theatre, she enjoys volleyball, choir and cheerleading. Kenlei is super excited for this theatre season and can’t wait to see what’s in store for our audience!
Diana Groben: Diana is a sophomore and is excited for theatre season to start up again! This fall marks her eighth show. Diana is a part of the Costume crew again and is enjoying it very much! When she is not in drama, she is playing her piano, on the Color Guard team, dancing, hanging out with her friends, and watching horror movies. She wishes everyone good luck and “break a leg”!
Mya Munsie: Mya is a sophomore in high school, this is her third year with the Griffith Theatre Company. You may have enjoyed her first appearance on stage in Charlotte’s Web as “Wilbur the Pig”. Since then, she has been involved in Annie, The Play That Goes Wrong, Don’t Fear the Reaper, Wizard of Oz, and Beauty and the Beast. When not on stage or in the makeup department, she is involved in Color Guard and the Paranormal Society. She wishes all the cast and crew a great season!
Jeanne Presler: Jeanne is a sophomore at Griffith High School and this is fourth year with the Griffith Theatre Company. In her first show with Griffith Theatre Company, she was appeared onstage as “Alice” in Whodunit?.She switched to crew in her eighth-grade year and worked on productions such as, Charlotte’s Web, The Play That Goes Wrong, Don’t Fear the Reaper, and Beauty and the Beast. This is Jeanne’s first season as Sound Manager and she is honored, excited and nervous all at once. When Jeanne isn’t in the sound booth, she can be found rocking out to Taylor Swift while playing for Fire Fastpitch 16u, starting varsity for the high school Softball Team, singing with Chorale, going on investigations with Paranormal Society, participating with MathAcademic Super Bowl, Sophomore Class Council and Student Council. She would like to wish the cast and crew “good luck” and hopes you all enjoy this season!
Kennedy Reitz: Kennedy is a sophomore in high school. This is fall marks her her sixth show with the Griffith Theatre Company. She has loved assisting with this production and working with the cast and crew.
Zoe Scieska: Zoe is a sophomore and has been involved in theatre for four years now. Her first show was The Brunch Club where she served on crew. Since then, she has acted in Charlotte’s Web, Annie, and most recently Beauty and the Beast. She has also participated on hair and makeup, costume, and set and stage crews for various other productions. She is also a member of Student Council, Sophomore Class Council, choir, Color Guard, and Panther Pub Hub. Zoe wants to wish the best to everyone involved this season and say a big “thank you” to those who come to support!
